Refund Policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

We want you to be satisfied with what you pay for. This policy applies to purchases made directly from Noetyra Technologies Inc.

Subscriptions (hosted services and support)

• First purchase: if you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and the Service stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Renewals: if you forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of an automatic renewal charge and we will refund it, provided the Service has not been used substantially since the renewal.

Custom development and professional services

Refunds for custom work follow the milestones in the statement of work. Fees for milestones that have not started are refundable; fees for work that has been delivered and accepted are not.

Open-source software

Open-source software is free, so no payment or refund applies.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us and we will refund the incorrect amount in full.

How to request a refund

Email hello@noetyra.com from the email address on your account, with your invoice or receipt number. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
